Yes. We offer individual leases in either a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apt. or 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apt.

We do not charge a deposit. When you turn in your application, we require that you give us the application fee of $35 (one-time charge). The service fee of $200 (one-time fee charged upon processing lease agreement) is due along with signed lease agreement.

There is no deadline. Availability is based on a first come first serve basis. You can either drop off your application with fees when the leasing office is open or apply online at www.uvcolvin.com 24 hours a day. A signed completed lease actually reserves a space!

Rent includes cable with 5 HBO channels, wireless internet, and all utilities. Apartments are fully furnished with central air and heat, hardwood like floors, and full modern kitchens including dishwashers. Microwave is included. A washer and dryer is located in each unit. Exclusive use of our clubhouse amenities is also included. There is much more through events, services and other amenities not mentioned that is included in the rate above.

Parking spaces are available on a limited first come-first served basis. We have coverage for over 80% of the beds at the property.

If you choose to pay by installments, the first payment is due July 15th then rent is due by the first of each month beginning September 1st until all installments are paid. If you choose to pay bi-annual, the first payment is due July 15th and the second payment is due December 15th.

You should review any documentation concerning grants, loans or scholarships with your parents and the financial aid office. Most loans that would cover on-campus housing should cover or come close to completely covering University Village Apartments. It is ultimately up to you to do the research.

Only those students who have completed their SU housing requirements are allowed to live with us.

No, University Village Apartments is considered off-campus housing. You should check with the SU Housing Department to be sure you have fulfilled their requirements before applying.

The apartments are conveniently located on Syracuse University’s South Campus.

You can add to the furniture in the apartment, but you cannot take any of our furniture out of the apartment.

No, you are responsible for the cleanliness of your apartment. You are also responsible for removing your trash/garbage to the area trash disposal on-site.

We will have Community Assistants (CAs) to help out with lock-outs, noise complaints, social events, and leasing duties.

All Federal, State, and Local laws apply. However, large quantities i.e. kegs, party balls, etc. are prohibited at all times including consumption in public areas.

University Village Apartments is a smoke-free environment.

Guests are permitted at any time provided they are with their host at all times and not inconveniencing/disturbing roommates or other residents. Guest parking is very limited.

You can have up to a 10 gallon fish tank for FISH ONLY. All other pets are not permitted.

Yes. All residents are required to have a guarantor.
